Grizelda the Great

A native of Moonfall, Grizelda the Great is a powerful wizard specialized in the abjurant arts. She strives to maintain the balance of magic and the Weave. Known as a peacekeeper and champion of good, she has often banded with other heroic adventurers to put an end to evil deeds throughout the lands of Borgo Pass. She promotes the Elven Way of life and encourages other elves to do the same.

Grizelda was born over 300 years ago to a family of elven nobles in Moonfall. Her family, mostly arcanists, were loyal subject to the King Diavlen. All of her family died during the pillaging done by the Orc forces under Iuz's influence. The same pillaging that lead to the erection of the keep in Vinaux as a safeguard to Moonfall's whereabouts. Since the demise of her family, Grizelda has done everything in her power to protect Moonfall for outsiders in hopes to keep its soil pure. As well as protecting Moonfall, Grizelda has been an avid follower and worshiper of Mystra, the Goddess of Magic. She has been rumored to be one of a handful of individuals favored by the Goddess.
