Rhiannon

Rhiannon is a snowy village that is found on the far side of the Clatspur Range, near the Thunder Wood and Nordeth Expanse. A local cavern, Persephone's Walk, is the home of various forms of undead.
It served as a refuge for the citizens of Borgo Pass during the dragon occupation.
