Sea of Dust

The Sea of Dust is a merciless, sandy landscape under a blazing sun. Native to the area are colonies of formians, scorpions and a brave nomadic tribe of humans.
The Cult of Apep also reside in the desert. They have spread their influence into nearly every corner of the shifting sands. With their dreaded Dracoliches as a deadly cavalry, they have wiped out the nomadic people of the desert.
In the Southern region of the desert lies the orcish settlement, Temperance.
The Sea of Dust has become less hostile in recent months, for the Cult of Apep has vanished after the Battle of 17 Days.
Hazards
- Due to the harsh temperature during the day, it is advised that those traveling through the sands take plenty of water as dehydration is a constant problem.
- Sand Storms are a deadly threat in the desert. These elemental forces can catch a party by surprise and bury them just as quickly.
